HOW DOES DENPLAN WORK?

Denplan is a payment plan which is tailored to the individual to ensure you are only paying for what you are likely to require. A monthly payment is paid towards Denplan to cover the cost of examinations, hygienist fees and emergency appointments. We offer two Denplan plans; Denplan Essentials and Denplan Care.

Denplan Essentials is available for anybody to join, regardless of the amount of dental work required. Starting from just £10.99 per month, essentials covers the cost of examinations, hygienist and emergency visits, as well as 10% off any dental treatment that is required. We offer two essential plans; either 1 check up and 1 hygiene visit per year, or 2 check ups with 2 hygiene appointments per year depending on your requirements.

Denplan Care provides members with a more comprehensive plan which includes 2 checks ups and 2 hygiene visits per year, emergency care as well as any necessary dental work that the dentist has advised. Before joining Denplan care, the dentist will carry out a thorough examination and let you know which category of care is required. The category is calculated based on the amount of work previously carried out on teeth, gum health and oral hygiene. Once any outstanding treatment has been carried out and the teeth are disease free, it is easy to join Denplan Care in the practice with the help from our friendly reception team.

HOW DO I JOIN DENPLAN

For new patients, we advise booking in as a private examination first so the dentist can assess your individual dental requirements and advise accordingly. Book an appointment by calling the practice on 01952 260 555.

For existing private patients, let us know at your next visit if you would like us to go through the Denplan options with you, or alternatively give our reception team a call and we can provide you with more information.

Once we have all the paper work signed and you have chosen either Denplan Essentials or Care, along with any Dental Supplemental Cover (Worldwide insurance and / or implant cover) we can register you as a Denplan patient in the practice.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I SAVE ON DENPLAN

All patients have different dental requirements. On average most middle aged patients may require 1 filling and 1 emergency visit per year as well as 2 examinations and 2 hygienist visits per year. If your requirements are any different, we can discuss this with you at your examination. Some people require less, and some require more, therefore the different plans and categories with Denplan help you budget to your individual requirements.
