Dr Jagvir Sahota graduated from the University of Leeds in 2011, which led him to volunteer in a dental hospital in India in 2012 for 6 months.
After moving to Australia with Annie and Chetan in 2013 he stayed on for another year after Chetan and Anneka returned home.
It was here in Mackey that Dr Jag developed his skills in Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.
Eventually, he realised how much he missed Chetan and Anneka so returned back home before moving to Telford with his wife, Sarah, (who you may also see around the practice as our locum dental nurse), and daughter, Mila. Dr Jag is an excellent dentist and strives to improve the oral health of all his patients by providing patient – focused care. He is passionate about involving each patient in their own treatment, enabling them to feel comfortable throughout and empowering them to maintain the final result. Dr Jag also maintains a strong interest in postgraduate education and has completed a year long advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry course as well as becoming an Invisalign Go Plus provider, he is also trained in Smile Fast, Enlighten tooth whitening and periodontal surgery. Such training enables him to provide his patients with modern high quality dental care. Dr Jag brings a wealth of experience to the team and patients love his friendly, welcoming, relaxed manner.
Dr Jag’s favourite dental moment was completing dental treatment on underprivileged children in Nepal for two weeks and then climbing to Mount Everest base camp.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, Badminton training in MMA, going to the gym and spending time with family. Jag loves to travel! His favourite holidays include Japan, Vietnam New Zealand and skiing.
